Managing Director

Leon Rodgers

Leon Rodgers is the Managing Director of LSR Care Limited and brings over two decades of experience in consultative sales, leadership, and client relationship management within the health and social care sector.

Leon Rodgers is the Managing Director of LSR Care Limited and brings over two decades of experience in consultative sales, leadership, and client relationship management within the health and social care sector. With a strong passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care, Leon has successfully combined his commercial expertise with his lifelong connection to the care industry to help shape and grow LSR Care Limited into a reliable and supportive care provider.

Originally specialising in mandatory training sales for both single and multiple care providers across the UK, Leon built a strong and loyal client base through his honest, supportive, and solution-focused approach. His extensive knowledge of the sector, combined with his natural ability to build long-lasting professional relationships, allowed him to transition successfully into domiciliary care management and leadership.

Leon’s connection to the care industry began at an early age. As a child, he often accompanied his mother, who worked within the care sector, to care homes, where he would help serve meals and support elderly residents. Witnessing first-hand the dedication, compassion, and pressures faced by care staff, especially during emergency call-outs and staff shortages, inspired Leon to pursue a career where he could make a meaningful and lasting difference within the sector.

As Managing Director, Leon oversees the smooth day-to-day running of LSR Care Limited and plays a leading role across all areas of the organisation. He manages the Senior Management Team (SMT), rota coordination, financial operations, staff recruitment, compliance, training and support, business development, community partnerships, and service user wellbeing initiatives. Leon also works closely with clients, local authorities, social services, healthcare professionals, and families to ensure the delivery of safe, reliable, and compassionate care services.

Known for his professional and consultative leadership style, Leon strongly believes in leading by example and building a culture where staff feel valued, supported, and motivated to perform at their very best. His approach is built around teamwork, accountability, and mutual respect. Leon often reminds staff to “work to your optimum maximum as if cameras were watching you,” encouraging high standards and professionalism until excellent practice becomes second nature. He values individuals who not only receive support from a team but also give back through commitment, positivity, and dedication to the people they support.

Leon has over five years of direct experience within domiciliary care and previously worked alongside a CQC-registered provider as a New Business Lead. This experience provided him with valuable insight into both effective and ineffective practices within the care sector, helping shape the strong operational values and standards he upholds today. His core values of being Loyal, Supportive, and Reliable are at the heart of everything LSR Care Limited stands for.

Committed to continuous learning and professional development, Leon has completed a wide range of specialist qualifications and training courses, including MCS, Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS), Train the Trainer qualifications, communication and body language courses, Miller Heiman sales training, and Sales 101 certification. His broad skillset allows him to effectively balance business growth with quality care delivery and strong staff leadership.

Outside of work, Leon is a devoted family man who enjoys spending quality time with loved ones, shopping, travelling, and exploring different restaurants and cuisines from around the world. He is also passionate about sports, particularly football, and is a dedicated supporter of Manchester United.

Through his leadership, experience, and unwavering commitment to quality care, Leon continues to drive LSR Care Limited forward while maintaining a strong focus on professionalism, compassion, and excellence in service delivery.
